1) Payment related
In any event that we are unable to fulfil your order(s), we will contact you regarding the refund.
50% Deposit is required for pre-orders to avoid situations that buyers back out for cakes that require long preparation time and/or costly to make. Deposits are non-refundable.

2) Delivery
At the moment, we do not provide delivery service. All orders are to be self collected at Blk 589D Montreal Drive or Sembawang MRT station.

3) Collection dates
We recommend to give us at least 2 days’ notice as orders are made only after confirmation, to give allowance to purchase fresh ingredients (e.g. fruits). You may discuss with us and we will try to accommodate as much as we can without compromising on the quality and freshness.
